The below day plans are just samples of how your day can look. These plans are a mix of days that may not be perfect but still completely on track calorie wise or days when you have a small amount of time to cook or prep. 

These are also excellent if you really want something a little more guided and strict to follow or maybe to take away the challenge of tracking as it's all done for you. 

Find a plan that fits into your lifestyle and let me know if you need help tweaking.

For example, one day shows you can get a sandwich meal deal from Tesco or a Greggs and still be on track. Things like this can easily be tweaked for something home cooked from the recipe section on a like to like calorie basis. 

Fresh and home cooked meals are always best but the options below show that it's not the only way.
