Ingredients
150g of dried penne
500g Tomato Passata
3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
200g Can of Sweetcorn, drained
2 Tuna in spring water tins
Salt and Black Pepper
1 tsp dried Parsley
150g of Broccoli
50g of low fat cheese, grated
1 tsp of Olive Oil
Preparation
Heat the Oven to 180.
Heat the olive oil in a pan on a medium heat and cook down the onions for around 5/6 minutes. Add the garlic for another 2/3 minutes.
Whilst the above is happening, boil the pasta for around 8/10 minutes until al dente and the broccoli so its just folk soft.
Add the parsley, salt and Pepper into the pan and then the passata and simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the drained Tuna and Sweetcorn and then mix in the broccoli.
Put the cooked pasta into a baking dish and then pour the sauce over it and stir and then add the cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese has browned.
