Ingredients
1 Tin of Tuna in spring water, Drained
120g Mixed Leaf Salad. This is a full green salad bag.
200g of chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion, Chopped 1 Red Pepper, Chopped
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
150g of Broccoli, cut into small florets
2 tbsp low fat mayo
25g low fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
Put the Broccoli in a microwave safe bowl, put 5/6 tbsp water in the bowl, put a microwave safe plate on top and cook on full power for 3/5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Mix the mayo with the Tuna and then put the rest of the ingredients in a bowl .
So easy but super healthy and good calories/protein too
