Ingredients
1 tin of tuna, drained
100g of lettuce, chopped
1 spring onion, chopped
15g of low fat cheese
3 cherry tomatoes, chopped
Red pepper, chopped
Handful of spinach, chopped
1 TBSP Low Fat Mayo
Preparation
This is an easy one, mix the tuna and mayo, prep the salad and tub it up ready for the day ahead.
You can make a few of these and keep them ready for the next few days.
