The Tik Tok 4 Way Folded Wrap

The Tik Tok Folded Wraps - Well, 4 of them! These are all low in calories, have some sort of veg inside and are a brilliant meal for the little ones to help with to stop them causing irreversible mess to the house.

Pizza Wrap Serves 1. 360 ish calories and low syns/points - This one is for when you have a pizza craving Ingredients - 1 Wrap

- 1 Slice of Ham - 2 Slices of Pepperoni

- 2 tbsp of Tomato Puree

- 1 tsp of Oregano - 0.5tsp of Garlic Powder

- 2 Mushrooms, chopped

- 30g of low fat Cheese


Method - From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.

- Mix the tomato with a little warm water in a bowl and stir in the Oregano and Garlic Powder.

- In one quarter, add the sliced ham, and then above add the sauce and put two slices of pepperoni on top, the quarter to the side of that add the mushrooms and then the last quarter add the low fat cheese.

- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through. Tuna Melt Serves 1. 380 ish calories and low syns/points - This one is super easy


Ingredients

- 1 Wrap

- 1 small tin of Tuna in Spring Water - 1 tbsp of Low Fat Mayo

- Some chopped red onion

- 30g of low fat cheese

Method - From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.

- In one quarter, add the Tuna and then above add the Mayo, the quarter to the side of that add the Onions and then the last quarter add the low fat cheese.

- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through.



Bolognese Wrap Serves 1. 400 ish calories and low syns/points - This one is for when you have some left over Bolognese


Ingredients

- 1 Wrap

- A few tbsp of left over Bolognese - Handful of baby spinach

- Some chopped Cherry Tomatoes

- A small amount of pulled buffalo Mozzarella

- Balsamic Vinegar

Method - From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.

- In one quarter, add the left over Bolognese and then above add the spinach.

- Mix the Tomatoes with the balsamic vinegar and add them to the quarter to the side of the spinach and then the last quarter add the Mozzarella.

- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through.




Mexican Chicken Wrap Serves 1. 500 ish calories - This one is for when you have a little more time


Ingredients

- 1 Wrap

- 1 Small chicken breast, flattened - Handful of Jalapenos

- 1 tbsp of salsa

- 1 tbsp of Guacamole

- 30g of low fat cheese

- 1 tsp smoked paprika

- 0.5 tsp of Cumin - 0.5 tsp of Chilli Flakes


Method - From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.

- In a zip lock bag, add the chicken breast and flatten. Add the spices to the back and shake.

- Add a little oil or low cal spray to a pan and cook the chicken on a medium/high heat for 8 minutes either side until the chicken is cooked through.

- In one quarter, add the chopped chicken and then above add the salsa, the quarter to the side of that add the Guacamole and Jalapenos and then the last quarter add the low fat cheese.

- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through.
