Ingredients
200g fat free Natural yoghurt
350g of Chicken Breasts, cubed
2 tsp of curry powder
3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
0.5 tsp of Cinnamon
2 tbsp of Honey
1 tsp ground coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Add everything except the chicken into a bowl and stir well. Add the chicken and let marinade for 1+ hours in the fridge. Prepping in the morning and cooking at night would be best.
Pre heat an oven to 180c.
On a baking dish with tin foil on top, add the chicken and cook for around 20 minutes, turning half way and making sure chicken is cooked through.
Serve with 160g of sweet potato wedges and a side salad
