Sweet Curried Chicken

  • 300g fat free Greek yoghurt

  • 450g of Chicken Breasts, cubed

  • 2 tsp of curry powder

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

  • 0.5 tsp of Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of Honey

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Add everything except the chicken into a bowl and stir well. Add the chicken and let marinade for 1+ hours in the fridge. Prepping in the morning and cooking at night would be best.

  • Pre heat an oven to 180c.

  • On a baking dish with tin foil on top, add the chicken and cook for around 20 minutes, turning half way and making sure chicken is cooked through.

  • Serve with 160g of sweet potato wedges and a side salad
