Ingredients
400g of Chicken Breast, flattened
2 tbsp of Smoked Paprika
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
2 tsp of Olive Oil
Preparation
Lay down some clingfilm and place the chicken breast on top, add another layer of clingfilm and bash with a rolling pin to flatten.
In a little bowl, add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper and make into a little paste. Rub and coat the chicken so it's covered.
In a pan on a medium heat, cook for around 8 minutes each side, until the chicken is cooked through, browned but no dried out.
Serve with side of your choice
