Smoked Paprika Chicken

2 Servings


  • 300g of Chicken Breast, flattened

  • 2 tbsp of Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 tsp of Olive Oil

  • 125g of cooked Basmati Rice per portion

  • Leafy Green side salad of choice


  • Lay down some clingfilm and place the chicken breast on top, add another layer of clingfilm and bash with a rolling pin to flatten.

  • In a little bowl, add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper and make into a little paste. Rub and coat the chicken so it's covered.

  • In a pan on a medium heat, cook for around 8 minutes each side, until the chicken is cooked through, browned but no dried out.

  • Serve with rice and salad for a quick and tasty meal.
