Quick Cajun Chicken Wrap

2 Servings


  • x2 tsp of Olive Oil

  • 300g of Chicken Breast, cut into strips

  • 2 tsp of Cajun Spice Mix

  • 1 Red Onion, chopped

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped

  • 100g Spinach

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1 Large Wrap per serving

  • 10g of low fat soured cream


  • Heat the a tsp of oil in a pan on a medium heat and gently cook down the onions for around 4/5 minutes. Add in the garlic for another 3/4 minutes.

  • Whilst the onions and garlic are cooking, Add your chicken breast to a bowl with the other tsp of olive oil and season with the Cajun mix, salt and pepper. Mix Well.

  • Add the chicken to the pan for around 8 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  • A minute from the end, add the spinach with a splash of water and let it wilt down and heat through with the rest of the pan.

  • Put the wrap in the microwave for 20 seconds before adding half of the pan per wrap and a dollop of soured cream before wrapping and enjoying.
