Moroccan Chicken Bake

2 Servings


  • 250g Potato, chopped and peeled

  • 2 Carrots, Chopped and peeled

  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed under knife

  • 2 Red Onion, cut into wedges

  • 300g of Chicken Breasts

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of Ground Cumin

  • 1 tbsp of Ground Ginger

  • 0.5 tsp of Cinnamon, Cayenne and all spice.

  • 100g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt


-Pre heat oven to 180

-Add Potato, carrots, oil and salt and pepper to roasting dish and cook for 10 minutes

-Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 15 minutes.

-Add the chicken breast and the spices. Stir everything leaving everything in a single layer.

-Roast for another 20/25 minutes (make sure chicken is cooked through)

-Serve with a dollop of natural Yoghurt ​​
