Ingredients

  • 150g Chicken Breast

  • 30g low fat creme cheese

  • 15g Jalapenos, Chopped

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Granules


Preparation

- Cut the chicken down the middle and stuff in the cream cheese and jalapeños.

-Season with salt, pepper and a little garlic granules.

- Wrap in foil and put the chicken in a baking dish

- Put in a pre heated oven at 190 and cook for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Cook unwrapped for the last 5 minutes to brown on top a little.
