Ingredients
1 red onion, chopped into chunks
1 green pepper, chopped into chunks
100g of low fat natural yoghurt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Squeeze of lime juice
1 tsp smoked paprikal
Salt and Pepper
300g of Chicken Breasts, cubed
Preparation
- Mix together the yoghurt, garam masala, curry powder, chilli powder, lime juice, , paprika, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture for an hour..
- Under a hot grill, place the chicken on metal skewers with some onion and peppers and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve
