Ingredients
6 egg, whisked
200g of Potato, very thinly sliced (crisp shape)
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
x1 tsp of Oil
30ml of semi skimmed milk
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
- Chop the potato and onion and add with a tsp of oil into a medium heat pan.
- Gently fry for around 12 minutes.
- Add the Pepper for a further 3 minutes.
- Whisk the egg, milk, salt and pepper and add into the pan.
- Cook on a low/medium heat for around 15 minutes, making sure the bottom hasn't burnt.
- Put a plate on top of the pan, flip the omelette and cook on the other side for a further 5 minutes.
