Ingredients
2 Sandwich Thins
1 Tin of Tuna in Spring Water
20g of low fat mayo
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
Handful of baby spinach
Preparation
Mix the Tuna in a bowl with the finely chopped red onion and mayo. Add a little baby spinach to each thin and add half the mixture to each sandwich. Wrap in foil and your sarnie is ready to go.
