Ingredients

1 large wholemeal wrap

100g Shop Cooked Chicken Tikka Slices or use the Fat Loss Feast Tikka recipe if you have time

Mixed Leaf Salad

Tomato, sliced

1 tbsp Mango Chutney

Preparation

Spread 1 tbsp of Mango Chutney on the wrap. Layer with rest of ingredients and fold up tightly. Wrap in foil and enjoy.
