Ingredients

2 Sandwich Thins

3 Slices of lean cooked ham

2 large hard boiled eggs, sliced

Lettuce

Cucumber

Tomato

10g of low fat mayo

Preparation

- Add 5g of low fat mayo to each sandwich thin before adding 1.5 slices of ham to each, slices of boiled egg and then as much salad as you can pack in. Press down as the sandwich will be over flowing and enjoy.
