Ingredients
x2 tsp of Olive Oil
300g of Chicken Breast, cut into strips
2 tsp of Cajun Spice Mix
1 Red Onion, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
100g Spinach
Salt and Pepper
1 Large Wrap per serving
15g of low fat soured cream per wrap
Preparation
Heat the a tsp of oil in a pan on a medium heat and gently cook down the onions for around 4/5 minutes.
Whilst the onions and garlic are cooking, Add your chicken breast to a bowl with the other tsp of olive oil and season with the Cajun mix, salt and pepper. Mix Well.
Add the chicken to the pan for around 4 minutes and then add the garlic for another 4 minutes and until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
A minute from the end, add the spinach with a splash of water and let it wilt down and heat through with the rest of the pan.
Put the wrap in the microwave for 20 seconds before adding half of the pan per wrap and a dollop of soured cream before wrapping and enjoying. Brown it off in the pan for 45 seconds each side
