Ingredients
400g x Cannellini beans
1 x tsp olive oil
1 x tsp smoked paprika
200g x passata
1 x finely diced red onion
1 x tbsp maple syrup
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
1. Add the oil, diced red onion into a saucepan and cook until soft.
2. Add the smoked paprika and stir for 30 seconds, then add the maple syrup and passata and simmer for roughly 10 minutes.
3. Add the drained beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
