- 1 Large Wrap

- 1 Slice of Ham -

2 Slices of Pepperoni

- 2 tbsp of Tomato Puree

- 1 tsp of Oregano -

0.5tsp of Garlic Powder

- 2 Mushrooms, chopped

- 30g of low fat Cheese


- From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.

- Mix the tomato with a little warm water in a bowl and stir in the Oregano and Garlic Powder.

- In one quarter, add the sliced ham, and then above add the sauce and put two slices of pepperoni on top, the quarter to the side of that add the mushrooms and then the last quarter add the low fat cheese.

- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through.
