Ingredients
- 100g of chicken breast, flattened
- Handful of Jalapenos
- tsp Olive Oil
- 50g of salsa
- 50g of Guacamole
- 30g of low fat cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp of Cumin
- 0.5 tsp of Chilli Flakes

Preparation
- From the bottom of the wrap, cut a slit halfway up.
- In a zip lock bag, add the chicken breast and flatten. Add the spices to the bag and shake.
- Add a tsp of Olive Oil to a pan and cook the chicken on a medium/high heat for 8 minutes either side until the chicken is cooked through.
- In one quarter, add the chopped chicken and then above add the salsa, the quarter to the side of that add the Guacamole and Jalapenos and then the last quarter add the low fat cheese.
- Fold each side. place on a tray and put in a pre heated oven on 180 for 10 minutes, turning it half way through. Check out the video here - Video | Facebook
