Ingredients
30g of rolled oats
300g of low fat Greek yoghurt 30g Blackberries, halved
30g Strawberries, chopped 15g of 80% Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Put 30g of rolled oats in a bowl and then add 300g of low fat natural yoghurt before layering with 30g each of blackberries and strawberries and grate 15g of 80% dark chocolate over.
