Ingredients

250ml unsweetened soya milk

100g porridge oats

15g chopped walnuts

50g Strawberries, chopped

10g of flaxseed

0.5 tsp of Cinnamon

2 teaspoons honey

Preparation

1.The night before combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.


2.Serve cold the next morning.
