Ingredients
3 Large eggs
Pan of water
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt
x2 Slice of Wholemeal Bread, toasted at around 100 calories per slice.
Preparation
Bring a small saucepan with the vinegar and a pinch of salt to a rapid boil.
Using a whisk, create a vortex in the pan and add the egg, cook for 3 minutes and take out, putting it under cold water and repeat with the second egg.
