4 Large Eggs, Mixed in Bowl
x2 Bacon Medallions, chopped 2 Mushrooms, Chopped 10g 30% Less Fat Cheese 20ml Semi Skimmed Milk Salt and Pepper
Preparation
In a pan on a medium heat, add a little low cal spray and then add the bacon and mushrooms. Cook for 3/4 minutes until it starts to brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season. Add to the pan. Once it starts to slightly brown on one side, sprinkle the cheese on top and then flip the omelette or if you have a pan that can go under the grill, grill the top. After another minute or two, serve.
