Ingredients


50g oats


12g of Almonds


150ml Semi Skimmer Milk


1 tbsp Honey


½ banana, chopped


2 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation

Roughly chop the Almonds and put them in a jar.


Add the oats. Pour over the milk and honey and top with the banana and cocoa powder. Stir and leave overnight in the fridge.
