Ingredients
250ml unsweetened soya milk
100g porridge oats
15g chopped walnuts
50g blueberries
10g of flaxseed
1 Apricot, chopped into small chunks
2 teaspoons honey
Dash on Vanilla Extract
Preparation
1.The night before combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2.Serve cold the next morning.
