Ingredients
300g Turkey Steaks
1 red pepper, finely sliced
1 onion, finely sliced
30g low fat cheese, grated
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
tbsp of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
0.5 tsp Garlic Granules
Preparation
- Place Turkey steaks onto a big bit of tin foil on a baking tray
- Mix Tomato puree with a little water and sprinkling of garlic granules, salt and pepper. - Spread tomato puree over Turkey steaks
- Add onions and peppers onto the steaks like a Pizza and fold the foil over the steaks.
- Cook in the oven on 180C 10/15 minutes until steaks nearly cooked
- Remove from the oven, uncover and the cheese.
- Return to oven for about 6 minutes until cheese is thoroughly melted and steaks fully cooked through. Any extra toppings will need to be tracked.
