Ingredients


  • 500g of Rump steak, diced

  • 1 tsp of Cumin

  • 0.5 tsp of Coriander

  • 0.5 tsp of Paprika

  • 0.5 tsp of Garlic Powder

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • x2 tsp of Olive Oil

Preparation

-In a bowl, mix the steak, spices, veg and oil in a bowl.


- This is where you usually put the kebabs onto skewers but for a nice even and easy cook, add into pan with a little low cal spray and fry for 3/4 minutes on a high heat.


- Fry until veg has started to brown and steak is cooked how you like it.


- Medium rare takes about 3/4 minutes.
