Ingredients
500g lean beef mince
1 onion, grated
0.5 tbsp sea salt
1.5 tbsp turmeric
0.5 tsp black pepper
2tbsp of saffron water (1 tsp saffron mixed in boiled water) and left for 30 Mins+. This gives it the unique taste.
1 large egg
x2 tsp olive oil
Preparation
1) Grate the onion and use your hand to squeeze all of the juice out of it.
2) To the onion, add all of the ingredients except the beef and mix until well combined.
3) Add the mixture to the beef and mix well.
4) Portion the mixture off into flat patties.
5) In a medium heat pan, put x2 tsp of olive oil and fry them until cooked through,
turning every few minutes.
The mixture makes around 8 kebabs.
