Ingredients
300g of 7% Turkey Mince
2 tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
3 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp of cumin
Pinch of chilli flakes
1 Egg yolk
x4 lean bacon medallions - grilled
x1 tsp Olive Oil
Preparation
- Add mince, garlic, curry power, cumin, chilli. dijon and egg yolk into bowl and mix.
- Shape into around 4 burgers (good for 2 or 3 days after in fridge)
- Heat a pan with small amount of oil until hot.
- Turn down to medium and place burgers in pan.
- Cook, flipping once or twice until fully cooked through (around 15 minutes if not too thick)
The calories here are for the burgers alone so have these with bun or side of choice and add the calories on top.
