1 tsp of Cumin Handful of fresh Coriander - Chopped 1 tsp of Garam Masala
1 tsp of Turmeric
1 tsp of Onion Powder Salt and Pepper CURRY Low Cal spray or a little oil
1 medium onion, grated
1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
1 tsp of Ginger Powder
2 tsp of Curry Powder
3 tbsp of tomato puree
2 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
500ml of Beef Stock Method
In a bowl, mix the mince and spices until fully mixed. Make into around 15 small meatballs and leave to one side.
In a medium heat pan with a little spray or oil, add in the onion and gently fry for a few minutes. Add in the garlic, pepper and spices. Gently fry for a further minute before adding the puree again for another minute. Add the stock and simmer.
In another medium heat pan, add more spray and gently brown off the meatballs for a few minutes. Once brown, add the sauce, stir gently and let simmer for 20/25 minutes. Add a little warm water if it is too thick.
Enjoy with some Basmati rice.
