This is one of my favourite healthy recipes because not only are these pizza bites good hot, they are really tasty for lunch the next day cold from the fridge. Calories wise, these work out around 320 if using a medium sized sweet potato but it does all depend on the toppings you use and how big the sweet potato is. It's also 0 syns on SW and low WW points. Oh and remember to head over to Instagram and give Fat Loss Feast a follow. Healthy Family Friendly Pizza Bites Serves 1 - INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Sweet Potato
4 tbsp of Tomato Puree
2 cloves of Garlic - Finely Chopped
1 tsp of Oregano
40g of Low fat cheese
Pizza toppings of your choice
1 - Cut Sweet potato into as many 1.5cm (ish) slices
2 - Brush both sides with a little oil or low cal spray and place on grease proof paper.
3 - Put in a pre heated 200c oven for around 10-15 minutes until top started to brown.
4 - Whilst the bites are in the oven, mix the tomato puree, a little warm water, garlic and oregano in a bowl.
5 - Take out of the oven, flip them and start to make your pizza.
6 - Start with the sauce and then any healthy toppings you like. Add a handful of cheese.
7 - Place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes again until cheese starts to brown.
8 - Serve and enjoy.
