If any of my recipes were a true Fat Loss Feast, it's this one.

The Fat Loss Feast Meat Feast Pizza Box Healthy Recipe!
Healthy, low syn, lean and high in protein.

Healthy, low syn, lean, high in protein and very very tasty.

Before you check out the recipe, I have a request which is pretty serious and VERY important. Head to Instagram and/or Tik Tok and give Fat Loss Feast a follow. That's it. Deal? Deal! I'll be forever grateful!!

Right, It's the Meat Feast Box time! I get it, this recipe is a bit over the top BUT hear me out. Sometimes, life throws us a day that is slightly easier. The house is tidy, work has been stress free, the kids are being little angels and your partner is doing everything you ask of them without answering back. On these rare occasions, doing something a little special is nice and a fakeaway meat feast box is just that.

This is perfect to make up on a Saturday night for the family and you may have some left over meat to throw in a salad for your lunch on Monday. Oh and I made sure all of the recipes are really simple it should run pretty smoothly.

Serves 4 at around 700 calories per portion with some left overs for the next few days.

**Koftas**

Ingredients

500g of lean beef mince A little chopped fresh parsley 1 glove of Garlic, crushed 1 tsp of cumin Pinch of Coriander 1 egg Salt and Pepper

Method

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Shape into 4 (I made them slightly too big on the video) Koftas.

In a little oil on a medium heat, fry off the Koftas for around 10/15 minutes until fully cooked through.

**Steak Kebabs**

Method

In a bowl, mix the steak, spices, veg and oil in a bowl. Put onto skewers. With a tiny little bit of oil in a medium/hot pan, fry until veg has started to brown and steak is cooked how you like it. Medium rare takes about 3/4 minutes.

Around 250g of uncooked Basmati rice 1/2 an Onion, diced 2 tsp of Tomato Puree 1 tsp of Smoked Paprika 1 tsp of Chilli Powder A little oil

Method

Gently fry off the onion in a little oil before adding the puree and spices. After a few minutes, add the cooked rice and stir until all mixed up and hot.

**Curry Sauce**

Ingredients

1/2 Finely chopped Onion 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 tsp of curry powder, garam masala, smoked paprika and chilli powder. 1 jar of Passata

Method

In a little oil, gently fry off diced onions and garlic. After a few minutes, add 1tsp Curry Powder, Garam Masala, Smoked Paprika and Chilli Powder. Stir and fry off for a few more minutes, making sure you don't burn spices. Add Passata and simmer gently until burgers are done.
