The FLF 12 Week Menopause Plan - Recipes and Sample Meal Plans

Here you will find all of the recipes and sample diet plans of the Menopause Plan.

Everyone has different eating habits so you could either use one of these sample plans as full 100% structure or take some of the recipes out of the plans and add them into your week by week menus.

We have tried to tackle as many symptoms of Menopause as possible through diet so things like reduced bone and joint health, heart health and reduced energy levels. 

The plans have lots of meals based around food higher in calcium, vitamin k and magnesium which have been shown to help with bone and joint health, Omega 3s and other healthy fats that can help with heart health and food high in B12 that can help energy levels amongst others.  

Sample Plan 1

This sample plan contains recipes such as lamb koftas, cod parcels, potato and bacon hash, cowboy beans on toast and pesto pasta bake. We will have 4 plans on launch on the 27th of September and 12 all together drip feeding after a few weeks. 

Sample Plan 2

This sample plan contains recipes such as Pork Stir Fry, Salmon Bake, Chilli, Loaded Potatoes and Creamy Chicken Pasta. We will have 4 plans on launch on the 27th of September and 12 all together drip feeding after a few weeks. 

Sample Plan 3

This sample plan contains recipes such as Turkey Breast and Broccoli Pesto Spaghetti, Slow Cooker Chilli, Seabass with Rosemary Butter and Pork Chop and Roast Veg. We will have 4 plans on launch on the 27th of September and 12 all together drip feeding after a few weeks. 

Sample Plan 4

This sample plan contains recipes such as Turkey Breast and Lasagne, Chicken Wraps, Baked Cd and Chicken Curry. We will have 12 week samples all together drip feeding every week.

Sample Plan 5

This sample plan contains recipes such as Parmesan Chicken, Chicken Tikka and beef Curry. We will have 12 week samples all together drip feeding every week.
