Fruit is such a quick, easy and often cheap way to pack your body full of things that can improve your health, energy levels and wellbeing. As with all of these lists, we could go wild with this list but let's pick some super fruits you can pick up from the supermarket and easily place into your weekly diet. 


When making a list of most nutrient dense fruits, you will find different berries topping the lists. Berries are often high in certain Phytonutrients, compounds in fruit and vegetables that can massively benefit and protect our health and are also often high in vitamins and minerals again massively improving our health.
