Quick Honey Chilli Chicken


Serves 2

Cooking - 25 Minutes

Calories - 300 Per Serving


250g of Chicken Breast

3 tbsp of Honey

Splash of Soy Sauce

Chilli flakes to taste

100g of Mange Tout

100g of Baby corn

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and Pepper


- Slice chicken into small strips

- Heat oil in a medium pan then start to fry off chicken

- After 4/5 minutes, add the honey, chilli, mange tout, baby corn, Soy Sauce, salt and pepper

- Cook until chicken browns off with the honey and the chicken is cooked through.

Chicken Tikka

Serves 2

Cooking: 25 Minutes

Calories - 300 Per Serving


250g Chicken Breast, cubed

150g 0% Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon s of Tikka Powder

Juice of half a lime

1 teaspoon of sea salt


- Mix together yogurt, lime juice , salt and Tikka powder in a bowl

- Add the chicken pieces and stir together until the chicken is coated

- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour but preferably overnight

- Remove from fridge half an hour before cooking and slot onto skewers

-Grill under a medium grill for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through

- Serve with a mixed salad. Mix a few tablespoons of low fat mayo with a little chopped garlic, salt and pepper for a little garlic dip.

Note: Add extra calories if you serve with a dip/sauce like the quick garlic mayo.
