Level 1 consists of 3 core habits that can vastly improve your health and wellbeing including short gentle micro workouts, hydration goals and what we call Healthy Ish eating.

All this as well as our excellent live workout timetable, huge workout library, Menopause help and plans and lots more including 1 on 1 coaching if you need it.

You then start your journey at Level 1.
This is all about looking after yourself!

This is where all members will start their journey and this is where members can come back too if they lose motivation  instead of the usual weight loss ALL OR NOTHING.

Level 2 is all about weight loss. Brand new meal plans and recipes as well as everything else you need for weight loss including excellent workout plans and mindset guides.
